Our Corporate Team Building program provides the opportunity for businesses to spend a day together working on site to complete home repairs. These projects are planned and led by Rebuilding Together Baltimore staff, and they offer an excellent chance for your employees to build team work skills, do valuable community service, and gain visibility for your organization.

Adopt a Home for Rebuilding Day
At the heart of our annual Rebuilding Day event are volunteer teams that provide the necessary volunteers and funds to repair the homes of deserving homeowners. In the course of one day, these teams perform critical home repairs that create an immediate and visible impact in their adopted home. All Rebuilding Day projects take place on the last Saturday in April during our annual Rebuilding Day event, in which volunteer teams repair 30-40 homes in our two Rebuilding Day target communities.

Rebuilding Day Community Beautification
For our Rebuilding Day Community Beautification Projects, we work with community members and other volunteers to beautify our Rebuilding Day target neighborhoods! Our staff works closely with community residents in our target neighborhoods to identify beautification needs in or around public spaces and to plan sustainable beautification projects. Past projects have included planting trees, creating community gardens, and painting murals. Individual volunteers as well as volunteer groups of all skill level are welcome!
